This quite wrong, even if you already had Sex Rearrengement Surgery, you would never stop needing to take HRT, specially now that you dont have your original Genitals that generated your AGAB hormones, should you stop to take HRT it would absolutely destroy you physically.
So in a sense you never stop to transition.

Like sure it could be that way, that she was a trans woman in her past life as a dude, just never ocurred to her to transition? or decided she was too late, a lot of MTF people feels like that and decide to never transition because they feel they will never pass or they inner circle or family wont accept them.
