I'm blaming this one on the publisher, as this is the highest quality I can rip from the mobile app. Also, while we're at it, I'd like to apologize for the 2nd chapter's images being a bit lighter than preferred. That was a fault on my part, as I used the wrong adjustment and somehow didn't notice until I'd finished typesetting.
