Fortunately, Madarai seems to have accepted the errors and flaws of his opinion about tsugos... but he certainly, and rightfully so... doesn't have a reason to abandon the idea that they should crack down on insubordination like this with HEAVY discrimination.

I really like Madarai's development. His contrast to Oriobana's being overly soft is nice, too. He had the right idea about how to run the Temple, except for his treatment and opinions on Tsukumogami, so changing his mind on that was really good for the Temple.
