Honestly, what is the point bringing up a thot ? I mean even if it's not included, the story won't change.

As much as I enjoy characters having an actual support network, I really feel like this has all been a bit too easy/convenient given the premise.
Like, I was 100% down for the fairy queen being on his side the whole time, and the fairy world basically becoming his new family. I was also okay with Flora and that other guy being on his side too.
But then we started getting Maria, and we find out "oh actually the church didn't outright betray him it was just the one guy embezzling", and now there's actually a member of the party who used to be in love with him and still refers to him as "Glen-kun". On top of that, the party is already starting to fall apart (I know it's been, like, a year since he left, but in terms of reader experience it feels like a lot less). It all feels so sudden and convenient, too much so to be properly paced.

I think I would've preferred if we spent a bit more time on him adventuring in the normal world with just the company of his fairy crew, with Flora and guy-whose-name-I-don't-remembering-learning serving as his "home base" contacts of sorts.
Just... spend some time on the basic premise of "new companions" before introducing a bunch of "actually these characters were on his side the whole time and everyone who crossed him is now eating shit" stuff. Y'know, space things out a bit.

What why was Glen actually sticking around in such a hostile party. Was it cuz he was childhood friends with all of them or like a byproduct of reduced self worth from his childhood and his lightning treatment or something
