Just curious, is this build referring to any build in different game or is it just a drain tank one-trick build in general?
A double status effect on self just seem like a horrible idea in PvP that have any type of crowd control status effect. Stats bonus doesn't mean much if you are bound/frozen/feared/etc, preventing you from utilizing those stats.

To be fair, Giant dad was never all that scummy, just defensive munchkinry and meme fame, unless we count black flame spam.

Gold tracer, bead shotgun or lagstab spam, however?
