Minato is the researcher, the other male one is the Handyman/Shinobi in Training, one of females pretends to be an adventurer that greets hyuman adventurers to the fake city they created, and the last (female) is Mio's personal assistant who's helping her travel around and sample food from all over.

There are dozens or perhaps hundreds other Alky (not Drider WotC please do not sue the author) but those four are the main ones we see.
