God, this chapter is so sweet I want to cry. Even if it were a oneshot I'd still be satisfied because you can take this as an entire story with a hopeful takeaway - a "reminder to live life as happily and brightly as you would have, for the sake of yourself and the ones you love".

It's a blessing to see an entire series concocted from this random miracle of a premise.

Next chapter. I wonder what happens in this world they're in...
