So since we're only 5 chapters in I doubt things will end here. Given that the authorities weren't already contacted I imagine there will be a dialogue, the wife will be able to convince them somehow that it's totally legit, and while they won't be comfortable with things they won't actively stop it (or coworker will try to split them up, but by making the husband fall for her rather than jail time), either way it would serve to let coworker into the guy's secret life and develop something with him, which is good because this guy is way too emotional to move on currently and the wife seems to not have the heart to have him suffer, so adding the coworker in on things gives her an opportunity to slowly detach him from his unhealthy obsession with his former wife.

Seeing how they were living, her daughter's life could have been destroyed and husband would have died of depression and loneliness.
he's being so possessive to not waste his life and also he knows wife would be happy too if he's like that, cuz NO ONE IN THE WORLD wants to be forgotten.
The wife couldn't help but want to meet the person she lived with most of her life, anyone would, nothing is wrong in that.
His husband was hurt so badly, she's healing him, he can die peacefully now that he knows his wife is alive and well, nothing is better for him. Her wife will be sad if he dies, but she would be sadder if she never met him in her new life.
Please consider this.

But it won't be like that. His plans are to marry his reincarnated wife when she turns of legal age. I forget everyone's age, but the father is already in his 40s and the mother is 10? The father is going to be in his 50s by the time the wife is able to get married. She will have spent the prime years of her life married to her husband. Watching him get older and weaker, until he dies. Then where does that leave her? She will be in her 30s or 40s. The way your rationalizing it just creates a circle in which the wife is now left dealing with the death of her husband.
If you refer back to chapter 1, which was more of a oneshot than a chapter; the wife says she came to check on them and wants the two of them (Husband and Daughter) to get over her death and move on. Basically to not be stuck in that depressing quagmire they were in because of her death.
They all needed that closure of seeing their mother/wife or husband/daughter. The husband and daughter both needed that kick in the rear to get their lives back on track. I am not saying otherwise. However, this prolonged contact will only hurt them in the long run.
The wife realizes this and knows she needs to move on, but she lets her husband set the pace for the two of them and he refuses to let go. Which will just bring us back to the circle I spoke of before.
EDIT: I could go on and on. This is already a wall of text I can't find a way to slim down and still get my point across. But while I am thinking of it: once or twice a year would be an okay middle ground for the family to meet up. They all get to see how the other is doing while still living their lives. But this nearly every day meet ups and dates are the problem.

-Husband and child live in the same way as in manga after her arrival.
-They decide to meet once a week or month.
Don't you think they'll want to meet more frequently? they may break the rule multiple time and meet, cuz rules can't stop them from meeting their lover, humans are not always rational. Even if they try their best to stay away from each other, it'll only make them sadder, it's like wasting a miracle bestowed upon them. They'll follow the same route as manga then.
-Her wife reaches marriage-able age and decides to marry another man and husband is still alive and approves it for welfare of her.
IMPOSSIBLE. It's straight away NTR(cuckold). Do you really think she'll love another man when she loves her husband so much? Even if she marries another guy considering the future, will the marriage hold up for long? will the 3 persons be happy with this? Divorce is possible or sadness will eat them. Husband will surely get depressed after this marriage, no matter how strong is his resolve.

-Things go on the same way as manga
-They finally decide to marry ( :
-They live together till the old man dies.
In this case, there's no accidental death of anyone this time, husband dies of natural death, content with his life.
His wife knows he's old and he'll die soon, they'll have enough time to say good bye, they have lived long enough together. There will be no shock or disparity this time, i believe.
Husband might even even advice her to marry someone else, and it's up to wife. (she must be atmost in 30s)
-Wife marries another person.
This time she'll have sweet memories of her husband with her, and she has no longer has to worry about him, and she can live with her new husband with no regret.

-Either wife finds a lover or Man marries the office lady
