We don’t know the complete story, but it seems fish(at least in this era, they teased it wasn’t always the case but that’s through myths few believe), are A-class monsters at the minimum that happily eat human flesh and will devour anyone foolish enough to prey on them. Like a school of sardines doesn’t seem threatening to you, but imagine a school of sardines the size of bicycles that would happily rip you apart.
