Here's a bit of trivia: jibun means "self", so the title is "My wife only thinks about herself", but depending on the territory, Jibun means "Other".
If you follow Meitantei Conan you know what I'm talking about, with the case of the candy coated in poison, where Hattori finds out it wasn't a suicide because the guy who said it had an Osaka accent.
I'm not sure this is the case for this title, though; the husband is always saying that his wife only thinks of him, not her, but this is most likely because of the ambiguous nature of Japanese sentences.
