I think there's a much higher chance of them staying together now that they've been honest with each other, I just think everything will work out in the end.

by talking and working on their problems together, being perfect is not a prerequisite to being in a relationship. The biggest factor they need is communication but they seem to have that dialed in with this chapter.

I'm just so glad author took this path, communication is key. Also good to see Kanako got in a bit of a crisis herself because she still needs to sort her feelings, if even if Ueno stay away from Chisaki there's no romantic love between her and Kanako, she'll always remain desatisfied with that.

Funny bit: just thought that Manaka is trained in martial arts an seen before, so she can satisfy Ueno if he's fully honest with his preferences :V

Moka has the only pair of (metaphorical) balls in this entire series. Regardless of what happens next, she has my respect.

I was really hoping for Ueno to be more like her in that regard. He’s telling her the truth now, but it took him literally having nothing left to lose to do it.

To be fair to Ueno, the reason why Moka can so easily understand/confront him about this situation was because A) she got helped to get over a part of her trauma and B) Ueno and others saw her have the exact same interaction. Additionally, Ueno had to chase Moka in order to start the confrontation (however, that could be justified as her feeling betrayed and wanting confirmation of his love for her).
This not to discredit Moka's growth. Rather it is more to explain that the situation is more complex.

I do strongly believe Moka and Ueno will stay together but yea, I think the sad reality for Kanako's situation is that Chisaki will never be with her romantically and on Chisaki's side she is starting to realise her own feelings for Ueno but it's too late now.

Best think that can happen is Chisaki going her seperate ways with Kanako and Ueno.

What was supposed to be yet another ero manga ended up being the adult in the room where people actually properly communicate - a lot of manga couples can learn a thing or two from them.

At some point I want to see a bully redemption arc too: not necessarily for them to get to a point where they will start dating Ueno, but maybe at the very least, be supportive of Ueno's relationship with Manaka and become proper friends in the future.

I think what's more important than Monaka admitting, is the fact that they acknowledge they are damaged in a way that needs solving.
MC cann't overcome this unless he admits he needs help
