It would be disheartening to see Manaka do that after Chisaki's and Ueno's efforts to ward off Riku. I think what Ueno told Manaka in chapter 55 should give Manaka enough confidence to reject Riku's attempts of reconciliation for the time being. However, with
Riku reminiscing about his past relationship with Manaka, it is possible for him to convince Manaka to give him a second chance by denouncing his womanizing ways.
If Manaka sleeps with Riku this arc, Ueno would probably be demoralized in breaking his programming once he finds out the truth. Yet again, Ueno relapsed plenty of times throughout this story so if a distraught Manaka breaks down in front of him saying she failed, Ueno can comfort her by revealing his past failures and probably the truth about his own programming.
Like you said, looks like chapter 56 will be an important chapter, so fingers crossed!
Chapter 56 is out, currently free and looks like it's the finale of the tennis arc. What will be Moka's answer? Read the chapter or this summary to find out.
The chapter starts off with Riku reminding Ueno about his promise he made to him about the game and telling Moka to come with him. Moka, reminiscing on the good qualities of Ueno, got up and grabbed Riku's arm, telling Ueno that she likes him for his kind heart and how hard-working he is. Riku got confused and wondered why Moka put her hands around his arm if she accepted him then.
Yup, Moka just judo throw her ex-boyfriend.
Riku landed on the ground, stunned with Ueno's group, especially Chisaki cheering Moka on. Riku got up, saying that the throw caught him off guard and that the promise that Ueno made needs to be kept. Chisaki put her hands on his mouth, telling him not to sprout anymore unnecessary things, which caused Riku to drop to the ground in defeat. Chisaki also made the douches in Riku's group apologize for their actions.
While Ueno's group was leaving, Ueno looked at a defeated Riku, lamenting how valuable Moka is to me, how he won't forget this moment and that Ueno will not replace him. Ueno said Moka already move forward a long time ago, and that everyone should move on from this experience as well before walking away. Riku's....I guess fuck buddy?, came by and I think she told him how him how pathetic is for him to willingly give up his youth. She also told him that the only reason why Riku is acting like this is that he is bored of his current life and asked him if his past life is really that good.
The scene transition to Ueno catching up to his tennis group when Kanako stops him. Kanako asked Ueno if he's dating Moka now, which he didn't answer. Instead, Ueno asked why Kanako is asking that question which Kanako responded how the relationship between him and her (and presumably the rest of the bullies) will change forever.
The chapter ends with Ueno's group with luggage walking through the street, with one of his buddies asking Ueno if his goatee looks good on him since the douches insulted him about it on an earlier chapter. Ueno agrees that his buddy's chin hair does look great which caused his buddy to give him a hug and telling Ueno how amazing he is.
For the people who wish Moka had more agency instead of relying on Ueno and Chisaki to help her resist Riku, this is your chapter. It's incredible to see her break her programming like that and showcase how strong she truly becomes due to Ueno reminding her about her inner strength.
This arc does leave some questions unanswered. Biggest question is how will Ueno respond to Moka's confession? He didn't answer that this chapter. He also didn't have the space and time to openly admit to Moka about his programming as well (I guess it will happen during Moka's birthday arc?) Kanako's response about Moka's confession is interesting as well. I know Chisaki and Tsubomi expressed various degree of shock when they become confused about Ueno's relationship/feelings with Moka. If Ueno does indeed start dating Moka, will the bully trio be able to resist doing perverted activities with Ueno to not hurt Moka's feelings, especially Chisaki?
Next chapter looks like a new beginning for everyone involved. I can't wait to see how the story will develop next chapter.
Good for Moka, but I do think this might mark the end of the femdom stuff, unless Chisaki ends up going full Yandere on Ueno, which would seem kind of out of character. Honestly started it for the femdom tag, but the story either is gonna evolve with resolution with the bully trio or them evolving to be even more villainous than they were before. While the perv side of me wants the latter, I think I would like to see this go to a more happy route. Granted with the author stating we have atleast a year left of the story, who knows where this will go. Maybe Moka ends up being more dommy cause she learns its what turns Ueno on

There's no doubt the comparison of Chisaki-Riku will come up later on the story. If Ueno not the one to bring it up first, it will be Chisaki herself...eventually. She would probably be in denial initially.
Tsubomi is a strong candidate, but it probably won't be a solo cover for her this time around. Volume 6 will probably start at chapter 40 and ends around 47-48, which is a good cliffhanger to end the volume since it will be Riku's introduction. If they didn't change the tone of the volume covers, then I would've guessed it will be Tsubomi & Ueno at a sex shop, lol.
Maybe the volume 6 cover will have Tsubomi working at her job or a younger Tsubomi and Kanako at an arcade. I dunno if Ueno will be on a volume cover anytime soon.

The story starts off with Moka's sister Hina having an interview with two people from a sports magazine company at her gym. They discussed about Hina's past and her career growth as her workout channel is growing at a good pace. The interviewers asked Hina if she ever planned to be an athlete growing up. Hina admitted that there was a path for her to become an athlete, but she never pursued it as it didn't excite her, puzzling the interviewers.
Meanwhile, Ueno is in his room, texting Moka about their upcoming date. Moka's birthday is next week, and Ueno is contemplating whenever or not he should reveal Moka his perverted side that he is trying to suppress. Moka's confession still linger on his mind...
The scene transitions to Hina and Moka eating dinner together, with them talking about Hina's interview. Hina also brought up Moka's upcoming date with Ueno with caused Moka to be warmly excited about it. A stark contrast to a flashback scene with Hina trying to comfort a distraught Moka after Moka revealed to her that Riku cheated on her.
(In hindsight, Riku is lucky Hina didn't turn that dude into paste for cheating on her sister...lol).
While Moka was busy taking a bath, Ueno was cooking dinner in his room when someone knocked on his door. When he opened it, Chisaki was there waiting for him. Chisaki first asked Ueno if he went to a hospital because he twisted his foot during his tennis match against Riku. Ueno said no, Chisaki then followed up with her asking if Ueno is dating Moka now. Once again, Ueno did not answer this question but instead asked Chisaki why she brought that up. Chisaki reminded Ueno that he doesn't have any understanding when it comes to romance. How can a pervert like Ueno date someone as pure as Moka? Ueno brushed off Chisaki's remarks, saying that even if what Chisaki is saying is true, why is this her business?
This caused Chisaki to grab Ueno by his cheeks, reminding Ueno that he is still a slave to her, and he is forbidden to date Moka. Refusing to let Chisaki keep on winning, Ueno slapped her hand away, denouncing his slave status and telling Chisaki that he won't allow her to have her way with him anymore. The chapter ends with Chisaki not believing in Ueno's resistance.
I can't expect Chisaki to roll over and accept the possibility of Ueno dating Moka. Beneath her twisted perversion, Chisaki does have romantic feelings for Ueno. If Ueno and Moka do date, Chisaki will face the difficult decision on letting her only stimulation toy be shelved for the foreseeable future or trying to get Ueno to cheat on Moka so Chisaki can get her rocks off which I can't see Chisaki doing that to Moka unless she becomes sexually frustrated.
There is also the blackmail material. Will Chisaki go scorched earth to make Ueno look disgusting in front of Moka to ruin the possibility of them dating? In the beginning, Chisaki never even thought about sending the blackmail material to Moka until Ueno brought it up. She did threaten the possibility to Ueno a few times since then, but my impression is that Chisaki is never serious about committing to it since it will backfire horribly. Even when Ueno resisted Chisaki from taking his virginity, Chisaki never brought up that leverage. Will Chisaki bring it up now?
The possibility of blackmail is another reason why Ueno needs to tell the truth about his programming to Moka before he starts a relationship with her. Admitting the truth to someone goes a long way and it will undermine the impact of Chisaki leaking the material to Moka if she goes down that path. Of course, the danger of revealing the truth means Ueno could alienate Moka and drive her away. If Ueno reveals to Moka that Chisaki & her friends were the reason for his programming, that will disrupt the friendship between them especially Chisaki.
Holy crap Chisaki has turned into a complex antagonist. She's romantically and sexually attracted to Ueno but because knows her bullying ways are no turning back she's fully committed to that role and ending up as a yandere to him and Moka, who surprisingly Chisaki likes as a friend.
Along with rest of the bully trio's realizations, it's becoming a spicy plot development.

She may have done alot we didn't see considering she is clearing, I forget what the Japanese call it, but I'll call it punk.

Hm, I don't see Chisaki giving up unless she firmly believes that Ueno is a pervert no longer. Chisaki getting her friends to keep Ueno under their leash is an interesting angle. It has been a while since Ueno dealt with all of his bullies at once so that it would be a good opportunity to see how Tsubomi and Kanako would react to Chisaki bullying Ueno this time around. They won't be laughing and judging Ueno like in the beginning, at least.
One thing for certain though: One benefit of a yandere Chisaki is that Kanako won't be the most hated girl anymore on this site, hahaha.

Getting Kanako on board or Kanako volunteering if situation has Chisaki showing any visible stress could be a thing, but both clearly have this protective older sister vibe with Tsubomi so I imagine both would be especially shocked if she wants to be involved cause idk if Chisaki would suggest she does anything overly sexual since all she did infront on Chisaki was watch Chisaki herself tease him while she joined in the laughing.
