@Asriel what are you on about??? did you see them puting makeup or you need some eye check?

P.S: in case you didn't realize it's the artstyle that makes your blinde eyes see like it's "make up"

The art is so gorgeous! Sore whiners who can‘t deal with a little manly „make up“ (not that I had the feeling the guys in this webtoon were especially wearing any), can still choose to miss out on this great story and artwork. There‘s no stopping diversity 🌈 anyway, since everybody deserves to be able to make their own choices. So move on or come to terms already...

Edit: Also, absolutely love the womanpower in this!

This series had a lot of potential, wasted by the author's lazy writing and questionable drawing skill. The story is interesting and so is the FMC, sadly everything else is a mess. Even the depiction of the mass is inaccurate, making the shown religion made up. The vampires were said to have several weak points that allowed the police to capture them, yet the author either forgot about them or hid them for plot convenience. The MC is way too OP, so the apostles all have OP crowd control skills that conveniently don't work on the MC and that only allow her to pick up abilities like lost coins, making her even more op and the story less interesting. The drama is forced, the plot twists can be seen from miles away and the fighting is lackluster. Last, but not least, vampires in this comic are as badly written as in twilight, with no weakpoints nor limits (except for the lifespan), and all the characters are either gorgeous beyond belief or ugly. The fact that all males look feminine, have big shojo eyes, and wear make up is ridiculous. Both the male MC and the bad guys are ripped, but do not have a shred of manliness.

@Legion_01 First time I've seen someone have a problem with a pureblood vampire having abilities that were derived from her blood. Okay, dude. And like
what the fuck is "manliness" that you're complaining about? Care to elaborate or just write nonsensical criticism?

@StellarIceberg think what you want, is lazy writing on par with a run of the mill xianxia and my review is fair. Sure, pureblood vampires logically have lots of powers, what makes it lazy is the fact that the author wastes several chapters to create a fake cliff where the bad guy seemingly can fight against the MC just for their power to be incredibly ineffectual. Once is fine, but the author is doing, rinse and repeat every time, just like a chinese Mc meeting bully A, then B, etc. Rinse and repeat. The story is lackluster because there is no suspense. We have a female OPM but no comedy, making all action just a redundant waste of space since Hayan could one punch every enemy (as she actually does, but only after several chaps of pointless build-up). I'm fine with her being super powered, I'm annoyed at the lazy writing, the lazy drawing with everyone being either a stud or ugly-ass with nothing in between. I find it hilarious how every char dresses in their private sphere, even the bad guys, like a stripper. As for your second question, if you fail to notice how effeminate the policeman is, how the first apostle of god and the bogus mentalist looked like porn actors out of a BL movie, then you don't need an aswer, so much as an ophthalmologist.

@Legion_01 The series is targeted mainly to a Korean audience so the artist is drawing what's popular/trendy in Korea, which is the K-Pop look. It's not really a new thing at this point.

@Larkam I can agree with your point, but it doesn't change the many plotholes, the forced development, the lazy writing, the dragged out pointless fights, and the stripper look of too many people.
To give you an example, the soul stealer apostle can kill with a touch. that's clearly lazy writing for the sake of OPness. Since MC can't die with a touch, ofc she is immune, yet for plot convenience, the bad girl can still copy her face, voice, etc, which doesn't make sense since, and I quote "I can't steal her life force". Hence the bad girl power has no meaning, is just a plot device that works because "a wizard did it". That's the epitome of lazy writing. I hope my example makes my point clear. What I stated are objective facts, not opinions.

what a badass chick! The art is so gorgeous. Reminds me of True Beauty a bit, though the features are more realistic and refined in this series. The guys with "lip stick" is just the illustrator's way of portraying juicy pigmented lips?? What's so offensive about it?

What I'm suuuuper curious about is when EunTe
purposely cut himself in the university cafeteria during their first meeting...in that same chapter, they said vampires heal on the spot, so why didn't his wound heal in front of her when he was testing her? Tho I did notice his cut was gone when he used that same hand to grab the dude's arm that was trying to cut Hayan.
🧐

I also support this on Webtoon, but we appreciate ya'll for continuing the project on MD!

Protagonist faces enemies and their backstory gets revealed. At a certain moment it becomes too repetitive.

@mochidonut this is just a theory, but
maybe its because hes gonna die in six months and so his power is decreasing. i really hope he doesnt actually die, but thats what i think
