Uploaded Chapter not Showing?

I just uploaded chapter 3 to a manga at https://mangadex.org/title/39202/isekai-de-shippai-shinai-100-no-houhou or, if the URL doesn't work, Isekai de Shippai Shinai 100 no Houhou. While the home screen that shows the latest updates show that I've successfully done this, clicking on the URL above shows that there is no chapter 3. I thought that it might take a while for the chapter to actually show, but looking at other manga recently uploaded I can see that this is just not the case. Does anyone have any tips on what I should do?

your chapter probably stuck inside somewhere only admins can see. just wait for it, if there's no problem in the chapter it'll pop up back. probably.

It's the first chapter you uploaded, all firsts uploads are held until a mod approves cause of people creating accounts to spam ads on some popular mangas.

I have uploaded two chapters in the past, but I think they’ve been deleted because they were like 47.1 and 47.2 and some other group had compiled the two together (don’t blame them bc split chapters are v annoying and idk what i was doing), so I guess this would technically be the first chapter I’ve uploaded on this account. Thank you for the advice bc I totally forgot that was a thing that had to be done!
