I think it the fact that this got a bad rating because of how many can't handle something like this which i get because it is not for the faint of heart but doesn't deserve such a bad rating ... it is instead real... these types of stories can happen to anyone. especially the infamous "Metamorphosis" which may seem to be scarring for normies but again these stories are real and have both a bad and good ending. I know this cuz of my aunt which i love and cherish is almost the same as the girl in Metamorphosis but came out of that alive. it is truly sad but often not talked about.

the bad rating is simple: people can't tell apart reality from fiction, and even if this is one looks so real, in that case, what the manga is showing you it's just to be careful, since bad things can happen in the internet. easy
