user profile missing group membership pagination

It seems like user profiles only show up to 20 of a user's groups, with no indication of additional groups not being shown or pagination to view them. I'm looking at the dummy account used for official publishers' uploads and the API response includes >20 (49 if I counted correctly) scanlation group relationships.
While this is probably an edge case, it would still be nice to have at least some indication that not all groups are shown and additional steps on the user end might be required (if they wish to see all of them). Even better, if those would be accessible directly in the frontend...
