Yeah, Hase and Io’s mother’s plan is REALLY not gonna fly. At least not for Io. She’s already being called a nepo baby online and in the industry, this would just concrete that image. Which might be her mother’s plan. Keep Io’s career from taking off too much and also constantly tied to her own. I can see Io trying to take a step back in the future, but not sure how that’d work in the Japanese entertainment industry. It doesn’t have the same indie scene as some other countries.
