damn so this is what it's like to have a story that cut 99% of its filler, it was a satisfying read.

ngl tho, I kinda do want more filler LOL only to see more cutesy moments between the two of them. I enjoyed their dynamic with each other. so it'd be fun to see a single volume afterstory of like 5 chapters seeing different aspects of the relationship. that 21st chapter made me want more xd

Great series, we really need more concise romances like this. More than oneshot, less than a hundred-chapter epic.

One thing I'd change with this ending's translation is that after the merge, she's not repeatedly saying "Koaki" and "Chiaki", she's just saying "me" or "I". Honestly I think I'd prefer that being preserved; it just seems funnier saying stuff like "You make me like you this much, then say you'll let me win!?" or "Even if I forgive you, I won't!" There's just something entertaining yet endearing about her talking about both sides as herself, simultaneously recognizing that there's two sides in her and that they're both undeniably her.

Or they just wanted to avoid an international incident? There is a reason they didn't even try using weapons, and why Smith sensei was trying to bide her time and pick a scenario where she could capture Koaki without much fuss.
