Streaming is just that data is being played as it is coming from the internet. There is no local storing of that data beyond a small cache. Netflix or Prime Video are video streaming, Tidal or Spotify are audio streaming. Hana's video's are still streams, what they aren't is livestreams, in which the viewer is watching the contant live as it is produced, or at most with a small delay.
