Going to the hospital because you hurt your back like that makes no sense to me as an American. If I hurt my back, unless I broke it or something, I wouldn't be going to the hospital. Going to the hospital costs to much in America.

If you hurt your back swinging a bat, there’s no need to go to the hospital. You know why it hurts, and mostly only time (and possibly OTC meds) is needed for it to stop hurting.
