Fantastic chapter, Ivar's last stand was awesome. Lot of the readers hated him but I liked his character a lot, especially this chapter. Maybe even the stand out of the arc thus far.

Ivar's last stand made me think that maybe he wants to owe up to how he kept advocating for more forceful showings to keep their new peace, and possibly because of that, things are going like this. In the end, he fought to the end as a warrior.

I love that vinland can both show the passionate emotions and devastating loss that comes from war side by side and how while one is temporary one is forever. In the end Ivar wanted to be with his family and friends till the end and he didn't realize it until he lost it all. He died a warrior's death but dreamt of the peaceful life that was forsaken.
