I actually have to agree with the Masked man, I also dislike Ephie.

Especially in her relationship with mister Bibi she is kinda... manipulative? As of right now it is hard for me to call Ephie a "good person", which is not a bad thing story telling wise, it makes things that much more interesting. I would like to point out that she is getting better but she is still far from being a genuinely good person, in my opinion at least. Most of the times it feels like her actions aren't that simple, that there are ulterior motives behind them. If I had to explain why, I think it is her fear of being left alone and having no one besides her, which is more than reasonable given her background. And yet because of that her actions come off as ingenuine, a false pretense to gain favour of others.

Because of this it is hard for me to really support her and Bibi currently. And I think sooner or later this insecurity of hers and dishonesty will lead to heartbreak for Bibi, who is a character with issues of his own.

Nevertheless I am interested to see how this will play out.
