I didn't remember Ruruka being like this. As in, being into cosplay and only being a bit apparent about her desire for Itsumi under normal circumstances. I'm so accustomed to her derangedness on the more recent chapters being made more apparent than here, that she almost seems like she's decently fitting for Toudou.

But her scumminess definitely doesn't bring out any of the positive side of Toudou, so I'm glad Toudou finds better people later in the series to keep her company.
