I'm wondering the same x'D I mean, she shrugged it off by saying "no biggie, just a small scratch", but it wouldnt've even been mentioned if it wasn't going to come up again.
We have no answer yet for that, but i'm theorizing (due to Kaoru's friend asking "you 2 have that kind of relashionship?" and no denial nor confirmation from Kaoru) that we might have the "Kaoru and I have been dating for a while now" reveal in future chapters with flashbacks included, flashbacks that might answer what was up with that bandage

I believe she's one of the president's (Yomotsuka) lackeys, as mentioned by Toudou. She's an artist who was spreading bad rumors about Toudou online, and got in a fight with the taller girl with black hair in a bun over it. Kazamaki was upset because it felt like her friends were getting taken away, and she was being ostracized for talking bad about others when others did it to her. Toudou told her to just talk to her when she felt like saying something, which lead to this chapter where she was spamming Toudou with LINE messages.

I think it was implied to be something with the vice-presidents flunkies.

It was after she helped Toudou, but she didn't elaborate how it happened on purpose. She seems to know something about the vp. And the vp told her flunkies not to get involved with Toudou because she correctly recognised Toudou as a threat.

One thing that we know about Toudou is despite her personality she's very smart, not once has the been presented as a dumb character, at the start it was more misuse of her intelligence.

Even now we see how sharp she is and aware of the people around her.

It was a very short part, like one-and-a-half chapter's worth of development for the "why" she's spamming Toudou with messages, halfway through the School Festival arc. Besides the short bits they showed across multiple chapters of her getting mad that Toudou was getting along with her friends.
