Uhh not where I thought Tsubasa's storyline was gonna go, but ok....like I'm not surprised by the age gap because Mochi, but it did feel kinda random in this story since they've been keeping all the sexual stuff between the students this whole time. I guess since she wants to hit all her kinks, it's just a countdown til an incest chapter somewhere lol

I thought it was interesting to get more insight at how the love potion works. Seems like it truly is just a one time thing and just awakens feelings that were already there.

that aside, the second post wasnt rly meant to be a critique and more a personal sadness

and im aware that mochi au lait stuff is usually more like, taboo, and im fine with that, but it feels jarring in a manga that as of recently has really focused on itsumis personal understanding of her sexuality - having a character in that kinda story end up in a relationship with what shouldve been a trusted adult rubs me the wrong way is all

Yeah…this chapter was incredibly fucked in terms of vibes. The nurse could’ve just told her to do it at home and that’s it.

I really thought R would show up and maybe she’d be able to “go all out” with her around, maybe in the future. But I do find it cute that she’s having an awakening.

That stand of Rin and Itsumi is amazingly cute tho.

Classic Mochi Au Lait WACKY AF chapter. I did not miss this.

This chapter was actually pretty cool up to that last scene. Like, it added to the world building while confirming that the effects of the potion DO wear off over time. So the theory that it's more of an attraction booster instead of a do-it-all love-curse potion checks out!

which also explains why, while characters changed after drinking the potion, most of them didn't pursue a romantic relationship with Itsumi. And for the ones that did, it's not like they suddenly do whatever Itsumi wants. They kept their individuality.

So, the love potion is just a plot device. A vehicle to learn more about the wacky cast. But at some point, it isn't even needed anymore.
