Was there some kind of "I'll" rework published or what is it?

Hey, I've been browsing the Twitter of an author recently and found some interesting pictures about a Manga there.

Sadly, I don't speak any Japanese and thus can't understand a thing he tweets there, all I can see is that there are posters of I'll everywhere.

Is what I am seeing a new printed version of I'll or a new version in general, since when I translate it with DeepL, it says "I'll -island-" which makes no sense as well. There are no entries on MAL about that as well.

Am I missing something? It'd be great if somebody could help me out there XP

「I'll - アイル」is the title of the series "I'll" in English followed up by the Japanese reading; "アイル". This is the same manga series you linked.
