It's basicaly watamote n°2 (with lot of differences, still) , with a male protagonist.

I don't think I've seen anyone call it that before. "My Youth Romantic Comedy Is Wrong, As I Expected" should be the official name in English, but I'd probably just link it though, because there's about a billion doujins on here to get in the way if someone searches it by whatever name. Also based on a novel I believe, and I think the anime actually has more than one season which is always fun to see for novel adaptations.
