Yoshida understands it only if its illustrated in a kiddie way. Mako knows her well and the stuff the likes but others are confused probably because they thought that Mako would draw it realisticaly hence her high health test score. I hope this helps.

As I understand it:
The bear gives the seed anda the bunny throws it away, rejecting it. (bc Mako doesn't want Yoshida to do that kind of thing)
And the flower is a common symbol or sign used by teachers in Japan to grade a work, meaning it was an excelent job or something like that
