Yeah, there wouldn't be a story without the MC having an arc. But I already want to hug and reassure her to think of herself better, which isn't something I can say about most isekai protagonists. Especially now that they've been reinvented from toenails to the hair on their head.

Or perhaps that's the very point that even being isekai'd isn't an actual escape from your demons. That's actually pretty subversive of the genre's usual premise if you think about it.

Regardless I hope Haruka finds happiness. Rooting for her.

My personal opinions only, but the older I am, the scarier the future is for me. Sometimes I think about the future and I can't sleep much. That is why, I want a stable life knowing the future rather than an adventurous lifestyle with an uncertain future.

That's true, but what's the "stability" here?
Is it a life with peaceful times passing by or one just like these JP protagonists pre-isekai?
