Even though people can argue that we only sounds & not saw anything, I still feel like this is an appropriate response everyone will give especially those that are curious about the manga:
Anyways I don't blame the translator in dropping this (you know someone will donate $$ to have this continue, I guarantee it) nor I can't wait for the rating for this manga to plummet like anchor. Currently at a 6.86 rating on Mangadex so can we go lower? Thanks for the translations.

Hey, fellas. Is it me or is there a resurgence of this type of manga? I have no idea why, but I feel like I've seen far too many ntr-like plots.

I might be out of the loop since I only read the Kuga Tsuniya stuff that is popular on here but.. this seems a crazy wild insane lot different? Correct me if I am wrong.
Unironically asking, is this not just the author throwing away any bit of originality + personality to pump out the next of the already 1000000 newly (legit not even half a year) released "NTR"/cuck/slut-sex positive trash for some easy bag? Kind of an epidemic at this point, lol
Kinda outing myself as a reader of some but, jfc, it is impossible to keep track by now. So much low qual stuff, too. Rage bait and low effort drama are way up there.
My fave is the one where a guy takes baths in an onsen with his childhood friend who unbeknownst to him turned into a giga slut and had sex with pretty much half of japan and now they chill there and she tells him all about it. Literally just bizarre rage bait.

Not your imagination. It kinda has been here for a while now but the past ~2 years have been madness. So many NTR hentai and sex = positive series are rereleased and serialized in actual magazines/sites.

Kuga has a history of jumping on whatever is trendy in the manga scene. Would not be surprised if he saw that NTR was becoming more mainstream, and decided to jump on that bandwagon.

Like, I'm not sure if these mangas are doing well, or if they are, what's the catch. What's the point here? It's not even like the main love interest has to be a pure maiden, but man, there's a difference between an adult having sex and later falling in love, and a story where the cucked feeling is the point.
I just don't understand why they have to make it so extreme, why it can't just be 2 - 5 guys, which is a usual amount for most women.

As I wrote in the previous chapter spoilers, that would be such a huge stretch to make it be fake. She would have to be jumping on purpose on top of the bed, and slapping herself to make the creaking and skin plapping noises, with the boyfriend there watching for whatever reason.
Unless there is some ridiculously convoluted bullshit reveal, it is almost guaranteed that it was exactly what it sounded like.
From the looks of it, her boyfriend seems to have at least used a condom, since she wasn't dripping with his gunk in front of the mc. Maybe that's next in store in future chaps.
