I cannot wait for Hime's growth arc to come front and center. It's been building up all this time, and it really feels like this is where she'll have to confront herself and what all of these "love" and "like" and "romance" and "kissing" words actually mean for her.

To say nothing of Yano, and Kanoko. Yano is refreshingly direct and honest, and I really appreciate that she's very aware that she's just kinda clueless, and that she forces Hime to actually speak out and explain things, cutting through her habitual lying (for the most part) Kanoko...well, she hasn't given up on Hime, but I do wonder if she's going to start drifting more and more toward Tachibana-senpai. She's already kind of turned the corner on her Onee-san, though not to the extent I bet Tachibana would like, of course.

But Hime, being the central character to all of this, has remained (understandably) somewhat "flat" in comparison to the others. So digging deep into her side now that everyone else has been fleshed out and placed on the stage surrounding her, should be a treat.

Really, just very glad that this one's back into the swing of things. I hope the author's health holds up, just for their own sake - but I'll be damned if I'm not extremely grateful that this story is continuing on.

Great chapter. Kanoko being bold instead of just content by Hime's side really shows how far she's come. I also like how she didn't even deny kissing Sumika while you know before she would've. Both Hime and Kanoko just need to realize where their hearts truly lie.

While Kanoko has gotten more honest it seems like Hime's gotten less. The "I can't play piano" facade returning from before. But rather than trying to save Yano's image she can't even understand her own abilities and wants.

I’m pretty sure this arc with Hime and Kanako is going to annoy me. I honestly wouldn’t be surprised if the author is setting up something romantic there.

And along with it, even Hime could've gotten useful answers for herself regarding what she felt when Yano kissed her. Oh well, it can never be that simple with these two girls...

Hime really seems to be going through it. Notably too whenever she thinks about romance it's always Yano that comes to mind, but I think it's time for Christmas to finally get her out of a denial deeper than Kanoko used to have. Maybe that present they'll all exchange will just be a book entitled "Lesbianism 101 by Nishidere Nene"

I also think Kanoko is beyond annoying and that her character development is dragged out to the max and just not enjoyable at this point.

I have to say tho it was clearly shown (ch 71 for example) that Kanoko still has feelings for Hime even if she now also is starting to like Sumika.
I also think her intentions when asking Hime to kiss are obvious but immediately after the recent chapters it just ends up trashy and unfair towards everyone else imo.

I was sure that Kanoko was past the whole Hime thing at this point, but I guess she's still sorting out her feelings, which is a bit redundant now TBH. Still, teenagers being weird and unsure about love isn't out of the ordinary, plus it didn't look like she was all that serious about kissing Hime, more testing herself, as someone said. Looking forward to some Hime x Yano moments now, which is way overdue.
