I remember really hating Saitama Chainsaw Girl when I first read it. Nowadays though I think it might be much more up my alley. This one and that one are pretty crazy too, in a similar vein. They're all a lot of fun.

If you're looking for more artsy/surreal weirdness instead, you might be interested in Nishioka Kyoudai's stuff.

I remember stumbling across a manga titled Mr Arashi's amazing freak show.And it was of a similar style as a Genre that was being Tag request suggested at the time. All the examples listed by the user to illustrate what fell into that group was some crazy 💩.

Anything uploaded by the group Blastbooks may be what you want to look at too.

Personally I have zero interest in manga like that!😓

Fourteen is pure chaos.
Futari Monologue and Shed Ryugasaki-san is gormless.
Boku to Issho if you want good laugh.
Centaur no Nayami one of my favorites.
The Voynich Hotel and Franken Fran good dark humor and a fun read.
Delivery of the Dead same as above, I guess.
Buraiden Gai the 'Human Institute' main storyline is definitely wierd.
