24 hours of dry fasting is equal to 72 hours of water fasting. And no, drinking a ton of water after the dry fast won’t counter the effects of autophagy

Have you tried chocomint then? You get the taste of the toothpaste and from the chocolate plus saves time, though I don't like mint.
Never try it yet Sensei. I don't explore flavor that much, I'm more simple than people think 🤷🏻‍♀️

For example this one: just a box of an oat milk to boost my mood for starting the day 😅 it's choco flavor again 🤭🤭 after this I have to get my "9am breakfast"; it's BEER!!!! :aquadrink: :win:

Today I had to start preparations for Christmas/New Years (home-made) sweets because I'm the only one who knows the recipes of my late grandma (not because I keep them secret, but because I was the only one who helped preparing them and was interested to learn how to prepare a lot of things), so I had my first trial taste and was on point. The key ingredient is: sweet potatoes.

@Angry_Panda Well, you can make a lot of them, I'm going to post some images but essentially we have two kind of sweets: those that use sweet potato (we have three kinds, so the sweeter, which is white) as main ingredient and those that use eggs:
  • For the sweet potato ones, there's a mix of cinnamon and sugar that works as a filler for hand-palm sized breads which are similar to gyoza and other kinds of bread.
  • When the sweet potato mix becomes both the envelope and the filling, we make some balls that have a chestnut in the centre and are covered by the previous mix plus grated nuts, grated almonds and a layer of sugar.
  • This same mix is used to "bake" a cut log that has small cuts of preserved fruit hidden and it's covered by a layer of chocolate where we draw the lines from the wood to make it look as a log.
  • For the egg based sweets (and butter), they have the shape of biscuits, small dougnuts, a different kind of gyoza with anise, etc.
These are images from the net, I don't have saved ones. First the bigger ones, the log is not the same kind I prepare it (the filler basically).

This seems pretty similar to how pumpkin could be used.

I have to research, because that sounds amazing.

Now you're just talking dirty to me. :meguusmug:

I'm pretty sure I've had some... heavy cookies is how I would describe them? that would be pretty close to what you're describing here. All together, sounds like a pretty good spread!

Mint = toothbrush ingredient.

Pure cocoa should not be a problem aside from making your teeth yellow ( but stronger ).

The real problem is the sugar overdose that turns you into a Slime ( fat & toothless ).

Stuffed chicken but having problems with the price range. Planted tops to grow leeks today until it reaches Christmas eve.
