What does the member thing mean

I don't  really know what it is, i first thought it meant you were in a mangadex group like Xon or something but then i noticed i have it, is it supposed to mean that you have a mangadex acc?

You get different titles based on your reaction score (at least that seems to be the case) as for the cap for each title and how to change between them idk it just does it automatically.
