What’s the best method to get cheap home lab/self hosting equipment

I already have an old dell optiplex (it was running windows 7 when I got it) running Ersatz + jellyfin but I’d like to get my hands on something that looks cooler. Does anyone know any unpatched methods to get decent equipment for cheap?

Hate the site but facebook marketplace. Also look for companies that are going out of business. They pretty much throw everything away that they paid business pricing for.
