What’s the best method to get cheap home lab/self hosting equipment

I already have an old dell optiplex (it was running windows 7 when I got it) running Ersatz + jellyfin but I’d like to get my hands on something that looks cooler. Does anyone know any unpatched methods to get decent equipment for cheap?
