It seems like, no, Erin is definitely still not aware that she is getting closer and closer to her husband Rowan than she ever did before when he was 'Lex', and it's really heart warming to see those two together ^^
This series is really a pleasure to read, in spite of some elements foreshadowing they might have to go through so difficult times (like the price to pay for Erin using her powers, or that lady who was Rowan's fiance etc..)
