I don’t have the have-it-all site for all the novels that I read. I’m not sure but I think, wuxiaworld.site is an aggregator. So from there I usually search the original translator’s site. I suggest you look for your novels in https://www.novelupdates.com/ there you can find the original website of translators.

Personally, I follow these two sites:

https://woopread.com/
https://wordexcerpt.com/

Mainly because I like their selection of novels.

oooooh, I wanted to say that in the garden when it is warm.... but this is what you meant...

I generally download pdf from syosetu.com or have app grab all chapters of novel and convert them in epub and then feed it into TTS app...
english ones I copypaste from into tts...
Wuxiaworld.com
Wuxiaworld.co
Wuxiaworld.site
readnovelfull.com

or translator's site... unless it is on webnovel.com... I try not to get close to there

The only one I read myself are usually from alphapolis or pixiv...
TTS is great for commute and/or background noise for gaming (especially stuff like Minecraft)

edit: when in pinch, you can check comrademao

Since 2020 I've been afraid to risk getting books from the library, so instead I download pdfs of books I want to read (I'm not picky about the site) and read them when I have the time. And yes, I've been cheating on manga.

Mostly novelupdates. I read Beginning on turtleme's patreon, cuz he posts it there himself, but that's helped by the lack of a need for translation.
