I understood next to nothing of this chapter. Who is that the guy in white suit enslaved?

Huge skipped... the manga ignored the conversation of the leaders of pirates...

@Ratiman Yes. it's as most adaptations, lousy, and it's done this way to pump interest on the source material.

ah yes, it's good to blow up a house without first checking who's inside. Makes everything easier.

Wow even if i knew the story through the LN, the pacing in this manga adaptation is so bad, cuts a lot of signposts and information

@Liquidxlax I would actually disagree. While the general plot and idea is better it is kind of a null point if it wont actually tell its story. I think before chapter 28 ish it was definitely one of the better ones but once it started just summarizing its plot it has fallen way lower for me. I would rather take a mediocre generic isekai that shows its story than a good interesting idea that summarizes its story. Just my opinion feel free to disagree. Very much disappointed in where the story is going because it had and was using the most of its ideas earlier on.

Eh. Doesn't seem like we miss much tbh. I for one would hate to read more chapters dedicated to those slave children or the soon-to-be dead pirates.

Oh I assure for the author it's the opposite. They are long winded to a level that just infuriates and exhausts you from reading. In the first volume a conversation between him and a fellow student between hello ends up being 3 pages of him meandering on some topic. Or he elaborates on such an obvious concept. "Being ambushed is when you taken by surprise and can't react on time. The reason being that you were not expecting it. And in this case he came at a angle from his blindside which is where you cannot see it." And on and on.
I even bought the LN hoping an editor told the author to stop with the bloat but nope. It's worse. Good story but goodness you have to skim and skip so much irrelevant info.
Is the author John Madden?
