Lots of people will get turned off by the MC running away and letting the girl getting raped, even I do, but since this manga is going for the realism it only makes sense for him to wait until his body recovers since he almost died.

I don't read the machine translated stuff - its bad for the brain. Machine translation is only acceptable if it is seriously edited by someone that knows the language at least to some degree. Otherwise it is just gibberish with a half sentence here and there. You would get more of the context if you just follow untranslated raws.
But I hope this inspires someone to tranlate this manga. It may not be top 10 material but there is so much worse out there and even popular.
