This, this, THIS! This is what people mean by you don't have to immediately kill off the manga. I'm in love with this arc with how it's keeping the manga going with both character arcs, while also being a really wholesome arc altogether. Love it.

Arakure Ojousama wa Monmon Shiteiru is another romance manga that continues after the confession. It's my favorite manga by far, and the character development is so interesting. BTW, it is on the ecchi side.

Anjou-san might be the GOAT of Romcom mangas... I'm kinda glad I waited it to pile up so that we get significant progress.

Props to the author and their team for not cutting the manga short after they started going out, seeing them struggle and go through hardships together is great to see in a romance setting.

The way they use “I love you” in this manga feels so unique. It’s not from a highly romantic moment or to combat angst. It’s said from a different place, a place of deep feelings of comfort and support. It feels like the most stable form of love. Not something tenuous that can be broken with the next dramatic moment.
