In case anyone was wondering regarding the chapter numbering:

The chapters that the English translation had as Chapters 97.5, 107.5, 120.5, 143.5, & 165.5 all got counted as full-on chapters in the volumes, and each time it happened, the following chapters became offset by an additional +1 in their volume chapter numbering (with the further slight complication that some of the latter ones of those were reordered - for example, in the volumes, what was chapter 120.5 in the English translation doesn't follow what was chapter 120 in the English translation - it follows what was chapter 117 (which, given the chapter offsetting mentioned earlier, regularly became chapter 119 in the volumes)).

Edit: As mentioned by Sho Habby Scans, they have updated their older chapters to now have the volume-correct chapter numbers on the chapter placard within the chapter as well as the credit page. Chapter 163 (which is the first chapter Sho Habby Scans worked on) and onward now have volume-correct chapter numbers used within the chapter and credit page, and they no longer have a 5-chapter offset.
Chapters 98-162 still (understandably, since the original group would need to update it) have the original non-volume chapter numbers on the chapter placard and credit page (but they are ordered by volume correctly by Mangadex; and thus, you can see the offset for those chapters)
