Bro come the fuck on
Author wanted to do something unconventional and have rarely used collage kids as main cast, while they forgot, that those are actually young adults, but treated those as "overgrown teenagers" instead. This is happening, when author, who never experienced shit in their life, is trying to dab into uncharted territory. You get this type of manga, where everything is screaming at you "IT'S ANOTHER MEDIOCRE TITLE WITH CLASSIC LOSING HEROINE, DON'T READ IT!!!!!", but author is saving it with pretty and very dynamic drawings. Which are, by the way, also becoming more and more absurd and kinda cringe, IMHO.This stupid plot point again, if another girl swoop in I’d say senpai deserved it.
Real healthy relationship is actually a very good thing, having someone supporting you to achieve your dreams made it a lot easier. Every time this kind of excuses came up it makes me think the author doesn’t really know how relationship works.
Does they know having a relationship is a lot more than just having lovey-dovey time?
And they are supposed to be a collage students? If you ask me the time spending support each other is just important.
If it’s just high schoolers I can somewhat suspend my disbelief but this? It’s kinda stupid and contrived plot to drag things out.
Probably gonna drop this and come back after this mess reach the ending.
I really love how the story leading up to this a lot and I really like senpai as a character and the chemistry was there too, more than other girl even, such a stupid excuses.
And the MC is half baked too, just say that ‘I’ll support you with everything I got so please go out with me at the same time’ or something along those lines.
But I guess they already set who’s gonna be the main girl huh? It’s a shame.
The thing is, the competition in this era is so insane that most people in the industry understood that's the mindset required to succeed in it, but this is not the same for every industry, most people don't dwell in this kind of competition and i bet the author didn't expect majority audience to not resonate with her reasons.Nah man you don't get it, clearly the only way to not do things "half-heartedly" is for those to be the only things you're ever allowed do 24/7. If you even try to think about not writing novels for even a second while thinking of becoming a novelist, that just means you actually don't care about putting in the effort, isn't that obvious? You can't possibly have dumb shit like hobbies or people to hang out with, that just makes you unserious and unwilling to commit to reaching your objective.
Man I really fucking hate this trope lmao
I've mentioned it in an earlier chapter, but remember that Artemis was a virgin goddess in mythology, so yes, senpai is very likely the winnerOk I did not see this coming, is the author making Senpai the de facto winner and removing the main girl from the bowl.
I mean to be fari they are supposed to be 21. I don't know about you, but I at least was very much an overgrown teenager on my first years of uni at that age. I've heard that people in America assume responsabilities and are thrusted into adult life faster than in other countries but is not the case everywhereAuthor wanted to do something unconventional and have rarely used collage kids as main cast, while they forgot, that those are actually young adults, but treated those as "overgrown teenagers" instead. Exatamentethis is very annoying and forced
Its something like this that will happen for sure.. Maybe not that she will choose being a novelist over him, but he will fall for the other girl before she is done and she gonna regret it etc.. Such a fucking retarded decision. I hate this fucking "wait for me until im worthy you... Just give me...1-20 years or some shit." bruh.Nah they're 100% setting up the scenario of her eventually choosing being a novelist over him, meanwhile Main girl will swoop in and choose him over her science (or manage that unicorn that is work-life balance the Japanese seem to be so scared of)
