Hm. So Kasumi scored big by accident. So got a chance handed to her because she wasn't selfish and stepped back a bit. Now she has a huge opportunity to move the story forward. She could use it to confess herself or lay the groundwork to become his most trusted ally (with future options).
Kasumi is a manipulative and clever girl, she pretty much knows what stesses Hodaka out right now - putting him on the spot and confess herself wouldn't guarantee success at all. But in this situation Kasumi could pretend not to know. She would gently offer to hear Hodaka out at first. Then, when the time is ripe, unveil how almost every girl around him is romantically interested and finally tell him she's no different.
If this revelation comes from an honest Kasumi it would have quite an impact. The question is if she has the will to urrerly destroy the status quo with a bang now that Yuna made a move and set things in motion.
But I fear they get disturbed anyway.
