Idk why, but to me this series looks like shit (especially after I read some spoilers till the end) - I was hoping to know, how shit hit the fan, but the more I read TL chapters, the more I think it a waste of time. It's not like manga is very cliche, or anything, but both MC just so unlikable characters that it's just boring

@TimDNchantr I'm in no way related to them and never will be, but I just had to respond because... Really? I mean, really really? What kind of rock have you been living under? Yes, you still need to clean them. Yes, you still need to redraw them. WTF. It's not like the RAWs come textless, dude. Digital RAWs just means you don't have to scan stuff yourself, like ye olden times. You still have to clean the occasional dust and remove all the original text.

I won't go as far as to say you are baited, but yeah it wasn't a completely serious inquiry. but still kind of a valid question, not asked to be a jerk, but asked because I was curios. I have seen the raws and they are pretty clean, except for, like you said, the speech that's inside the bubbles. plus the group doesn't usually do much with the onomatopoeia or a lot of stuff outside the bubbles. it seems were just thinking way too much about it. If it was an important question, I'd have asked in the group's discord. Have fun out there and stay safe. don't overthink things. fair point though, when I think of cleaning, I think of actually needing to go into a photo editing program and touch up. but erasing speech within bubbles only can be considered cleaning too.

@TimDNchantr oh hi dude! Been doing the cleaning and redrawing. More recently, we've been trying to do all the sfx when we can. Generally, with this manga (and honestly many others), 75% of the workload is simple but time-wasting cleans. The next 20% are annoying (but easy) redraws, and then 5% FUCKING INSANE redraws. Of the 2 volumes I've done, most pages take like 3 min, but then u get the 20 min ones, then fucking annoying hour+ lol
