Vida's races tend to have modern views of sexuality and sexual freedom, as Vida is the goddess of love and life, not of pure bloodlines and inheritance. Ghouls are among the most extreme, though.
More conservative views are represented by Alda's faction. They are the bad guys in this story, like that priest who burned MC's mother.

if anything vans the one that's cucking Before she got Pregnant with her 1st child she already decided Van was going to be the father of her 2nd and the only reason the second was pretty mixh to stop externally aging as Ghoul stop the 1st time their inseminated if she waited for van it would take a literal decade before he even begins puberty meaning the ghoul she sleeps with to have her baby means nothing emotionally and was pretty much a means to an end

Its almost time for Van to show just how much of a cuck he is.

It is hard to take anyone seriously who says idiotic things of this nature. Especially when they use terms that they don't even understand correctly. Time to learn something.

A cuckold is the husband of an adulterous wife. In evolutionary biology, the term is also applied to males who are unwittingly investing parental effort in offspring that are not genetically their own.

The term does not apply. The origin of the term is the cuckoo bird, which has a habbit of laying their eggs in other bird's nests. Thus getting other birds to take care of their offspring.
And then even adultery itself -

Adultery (from Latin adulterium) is extramarital sex that is considered objectionable on social, religious, moral, or legal grounds.

The sexual activities that constitute adultery vary by culture. The concept doesn't even exist in the culture of the ghouls. It is pretty weak really with any species following Vida on account of her own nature.

is your own personally held conceptions of relationships, and that they don't follow them. No one is under any obligation to hold and follow YOUR VIEWS. Of his "future wives" (and I say that as he obviously is far too young to consummate any marriage), there is only what... Basdia who gets pregnant? Ghouls aren't going to stop being ghouls overnight. Should they really abstain for over a decade with the intent of possibly breeding with Van that much later? That would be stupid in many ways. Perhaps the issue is you see women as property. Or perhaps your frustration over not getting laid. Some mixture of that. Regardless of your personal issues, the idea that they may get with Van so much later doesn't negate that they have lives to live all the meanwhile.
