Then again, you can say they do it without thinking of them as their own children, and they think of themselves more of as caretakers, or with the village's closeness, as the uncle that sometimes visits and babysits the kids.

The people who are uncomfortable about the Ghoul's thinking that MC (a roughly 2 year old boy) is having sex with an older woman, and are ok with it, well that's mainly because of their lack of understanding.

First of all, the Ghoul's already know that its odd for a 2 year old boy to be able to do stuff like that. What is confusing to them is that one of them saw MC in questionable position, which created the situation.
And Ghoul's in general don't really have much understanding and knowledge about other races other than human. Heck they don't really understand about their own Ghoul biology much.
That's mainly because they live a sort of secluded life-style deep inside dangerous forest and only come across monsters or some humans. Those Ghoul's have never met a Vampire or Dark Elf or a Dhampir before to begin with, so aren't really sure how things are for them. They neither have knowledge on biology or reproduction of other races, other than some basics.

So, comparing their social and knowledge structure to more advance one is really not right (i mean, we also have odd stuff like that in reality, like false info about "women getting pregnant because of kissing or being near a man", which is commonly said by those who lack appropriate knowledge).

If it's not the chest or the back, it's too far from the vital organs, but they can't stay standing because of the delicate procedure and concentration required, and they usually do not have tables or beds at the right height for the patient to lie down and for the doctor to stand or sit at their side, so the position is less awkward.

Oh, but about the ghoul's culture, they're probably fine with it, even if it was what that guy thought it was.

Anywho, that anti-aging magic is kinda OP. He could use it on everyone in the village and have them live up to twice their lifespan. ...It's bad that they won't have a sustainable way of keeping that if he leaves, though.

D'aaaaaw! Vigaro and Van having a father-son-like moment is adorable. So is Van riding on his shoulder.

Also, I don't think I've seen so many misunderstandings in a single chapter ever. Usually it's one misunderstanding that piles up context errors, but these are all separate multi-level misunderstandings.
Doesn't help that the Ghouls seem to have only a peripheral idea of biology, even of their own. I'm pretty sure it's impossible for Van to even have an erection due to the blood vessels not being developed at all.

This manga truly is a masterpiece! It makes you ask questions that you would've never thought about before...

Because he hasn't hit puberty yet. He talks and acts like an adult due to a combo of 3 lives worth of emotional damage and being mentally older than his physical age. Him being a Dhampir makes him stronger but not mature faster, if anything being half elf could make him age slower (I don't think they do in this universe).
