They didn't on screen. HOWEVER, at the end of facing off against the king, the hero and his two she-toys try to silently escape, but are caught by the brother. So while we never saw what happens, we know they are infact being punished. We might get a chapter where we see how they are being punished, but I doubt it.

Haha, I was actually hoping it'd be some real veiled threat and not something dumb he'd say in the heat of the moment while MC and her family were still in the grand hall.

Outside of having the hero punished "on-screen" this pretty much wrapped up everything that the story has introduced so far right? I mean, the whole war against the demons was manufactured by the king, so unless this just becomes a fluffy story about their lives continuing, which wouldn't be too bad considering how enjoyable it has been, I'm going to guess it's either ending shortly or some new threat is about to come about.

If that's the case I hope it isn't the generic "heaven wants demons dead so now angels are coming to do it/church is evil" cliche.

I'm glad they taken their revenge on the heroes. BUT is it just me or does the revenge on heroes storyline get shorter and shorter with each new manga
