My guess is the anime would probably ended just after the condemnation event.

I imagine the 11th ep is the lead up to the condemnation event that ends on a cliffhanger, and then the 12th ep wraps everything up with a bow but doesnt include the post-marriage story beats.

Erin should know by now to always keep pen and paper whenever shes with Pia, lol.
Ofcourse I'm hyped that it got an anime adaption, but I really hope they do justice with the anime and capture how sweet Rufus is and his possessiveness whenever it comes to Pia.
And the sheer anxiety Pia sometimes gets.
(And hopefully fully animating them making out)
