One of the reason this speech can happen is this moment right there

@Iceblader20 I actually see Goku is pretty familiar. It someone make a manga about Goku go to high school, that is pretty much what i would imagine. But will more polite and accept friend though.

Friend? Nah, you're not his friend. *Giggling for those who know what happened at next chapter*

So, I've been wondering if Yugami should've had more amusing interactions with the teachers and other school staff. Turns out, that was probably for this. After three years, the teachers still had no idea who they're dealing with, otherwise they wouldn't let him do the speech, lol.

So Yugami changed his mind after Chihiro cheered for him and said that she want to listen to his speech. He even put some talk about her in the speech.

There are a lot things I liked about this chapter, but my favorite part was right after the speech. It's when Watanabe's crew are still - mostly benignly this time - making fun of Yugami. Characters in this manga are not 100% realistic, but they're close enough for me. It's so rare that the Slice of Life tag is actually warranted in comedic manga.

There is no end indicator on the chapter but it's the real ending? Next chapter will be a time skip?

Truly one of the best mangas I have ever read. If the translator could be so kind to translate the doujins and author's Twitter posts, that could really help my Yugami withdrawal.
