The fact that all three is appear very ealiy and all have fair share of screen time, all is in the cover, suggesting that there will likely be poly.

there are no clear main pair. you may think the Kouhai is side girl, but you reread with kouhai as main girl in mind, she have enough screen time to be view as the "heroine" and black hair girl is the "third wheel".
